UK broadcasters all use specialist contractors to produce outside broadcast (OB) coverage of events. Arena is currently celebrating its 21st Birthday and is the UK's largest privately owned operator. We cover events for all the UK's major television stations including the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, FIVE, Sky and ESPN. Current contracts include the FA Premier League, ITV's Push the Button, Sky Sports Boxing, the Europa League & BBC's Autumn Watch.

We operate 8 OB Scanners, 6 VT Trucks and 8 Tenders, all backed up by a large experienced staff base. Most of our trucks are HD and less than 3 years old. OB12 (single expand rigid), OB10 (double expand artic), and VT6 (expanding artic) all entered service in the last 12 months and will shortly be joined by VT7.
 
We were the main BBC contractor for this year's "Children in Need at the Albert Hall" & "Glastonbury Music Festival". We also attended "The British Grand Prix" for the 18th year running. Arena continues to pioneer and has just been the first to ever film the Royal Family in "3D" HD.

Newscopters & Aerial Filming Our sister company Arena Aviation owns and operates a fleet of five helicopters, including several dedicated television news aircraft.
